Blue Blooded Steele

Pierce Brosnan as Remington Steele

Stephanie Zimbalist as Private Detective Laura Holt

Storyline

Con artist Daniel Chalmers, who has previously been involved in various shady affairs with the current private investigator Remington Steele, is now seeking for contact with Steele. Chalmers succeeds in convincing Remington to become a part of a new coup in England.

The Duke of Whitewood has a son who has long been considered lost. Chalmers’ plan, now that Duke Whitewood is deceased, is to pass Steele as his long-lost son in order to gain posession of the multi-million dollar inheritance.

The plan sounds too good for Remington Steele to turn down, and so he sets off with Chalmers to London. Of course it is inevitable that Steele's partner, Laura Holt, not learn of the affair.

Since she's worried about Steele, she follows the two to England, accompanied by Mildred Krebs. At the ducal castle, Laura is introduced as Remington’s fiancee and Mildred as his mother.

Unfortunately, things don’t go completely according to plan, since a stranger is also after the property. Then, however, the heirs are murdered one by one in unexplainable accidents and it seems as if the stranger’s intention is to eliminate everyone who gets in his way.

The private detectives have no choice but to begin investigations in order to clarify the matter, and protect Remington from life-threatening danger.

However, as one suspect after the other loses his life, things slowly become dicey for Steele and it is only when Laura Holt manages to have a look at the will of Duke Whitewood that they begin to shed some light on the case.
