Storyline

Janet Carr, a friend of detective Rockford’s, asked the private investigator to find her husband. Janet telephoned her ??husband and is now worried that something might have happened to him. Jim Rockford finds the man rather quickly - but dead in a motel room. The police considers this a suicide, involves Rockford however, and the investigation continues.
