Storyline

After the accidental death of Rick's parents, Icepick has been taking care of Rick. Rick is now planning a big surprise party for Icepick’s birthday in return for his kindness.

Carol Baldwin suspects corruption against her mentor, Judge Hannibal Kearns. To investigate this, she turns to her friend, private detective Thomas Magnum.

As part of his investigative work, the detective arrives at a flower shop and manages to collect information that suggests a connection to Icepick.
