Storyline

A young police officer has requested a private meeting with Inspector Anna Springer. She wishes to inform the inspector about a series of irregularities in the police force.

The young police officer dies under suspicious circumstances in a car crash shortly before this meeting. To make matters worse, Anna Springer has also been assigned to train new co-worker Carola Sonntag.

However, since Anna Springer does not believe in the so-called deadly accident and suspects that her new colleague is stailing the investigations because the perpetrator might be a part of the police force, Anna asks her good friend, private detective Georg Wilsberg, for advice in this matter.

Wilsberg, who is of course not all too excited about the prospect of performing his investigation in the police circles, begins his work for Anna’s sake.
