Pierce Brosnan as Remington Steele
Stephanie Zimbalist as Private Detective Laura Holt
Storyline
Laura's quest to win millionaire Arnok as a client of her detective agency fails because of Remington Steele, who thwarts the plan. However, he has already found another customer.
His computer games have quickly made Albert Fervitz a wealthy man. Nevertheless, he now has trouble finalizing the proposed merger of his company with another company. Not only have his company's assets disappeared along with his partner, George Kaplan, but, what is worse, also a new computer game.
His investigations lead Remington Steele to Cynthia, who has allegedly had an affair with George Kaplan. She is shot during her meeting with Steele, but utters the name "George" just before her death, which indicated that she had been shot by Kaplan.
Further investigations lead to the marina, where both the company's assets and the missing computer game are found on a yacht. Only Kaplan, who has presumably stolen both, is still missing.
Remington Steele and Laura Holt finally get that all-important clue from a completely unexpected source.
