Storyline

After several mysterious accidents at Sonia’s and Gerald Steinmetz’s therapy center, the two therapists contact private detectives Remington Steele and Laura Holt.

 

The two investigators should find out what's up with these attacks and who is responsible for them. Remington and Laura suspect that the offender is an employee, which is why they decide to perform some undercower work posing as a quarrelsome couple at the therapy center.

 

Their inquiries reveal that the father of the caretaker, Ethan, has sold this valuable property a few years ago for a very cheap price to Sonia and Gerald Steinmetz.

 

In the eyes of the detectives, this would be a good motive for Ethan to plot a series of accidents in order to damage the reputation of the center and drive it out of business. Even before Remington and Laura can talk with Ethan, there is another accident in the course of which their suspect is critically injured.

 

Because the recent accident has proven the innocence of the caretaker, the two private detectives are back to square one. New research, however, brings Laura and Remington astonishing insights.
