Angela Perris' brother Tom Perris is a stockbroker and has now disappeared. Angela commissions private investigator Rockford to find her brother. During his investigation Rockford realizes that, in addition to his sister, the FBI and a band of thugs are interested in finding out the whereabouts of Tom Perris.

 

Thereafter, Rockford’s client is abducted and these circumstances threaten to escalate the situation.
